Michael Lloyd began his own recovery journey in 2011 and has worked professionally in the recovery field since 2012. During this time, he has earned credentials as a Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), Certified Intervention Professional (CIP), and Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator (RCPF). His experience spans various recovery services, including interventions, recovery coaching, sober companionship, transportation, intensive family support, and professional training. Michael's lived experience on both sides provides an empathetic approach to everyone he assists.
Over the years, Michael has collaborated with thousands of individuals from diverse backgrounds, facilitating hundreds of interventions that often involve complex family dynamics and crisis situations, ultimately offering vital support services.

Michael is a family man who believes that recovery services are not one-size-fits-all. His approach is grounded in integrity, accountability, compassion, humility, and respect for multiple pathways of recovery. He works to meet people where they are, listen without judgment, and help individuals, families, and professionals identify practical solutions tailored to their circumstances through his support services. Any positive outcomes, victories, or celebrations in his life are dedicated to his twin sister Michelle, who passed away on 4/20/2017.
