Michael Lloyd began his own recovery journey in 2011 and has worked professionally in the recovery field since 2012. His experience includes interventions, recovery coaching, sober companionship, transportation, intensive family support, and professional training.
Over the years, Michael has worked with thousands of individuals from diverse backgrounds and facilitated hundreds of interventions involving complex family dynamics and crisis situations.

Michael believes recovery is not one-size-fits-all. His approach is grounded in integrity, accountability, compassion, humility, and respect for multiple pathways of recovery.
He works to meet people where they are, listen without judgment, and help individuals, families, and professionals identify practical solutions that fit their circumstances.
